Product Manager, Digital Services
Own discovery-to-delivery for a citizen-facing digital service — roadmap, evidence and the hard trade-offs.
$140,000 – $170,000 / year
About the role
We need a product manager who is comfortable being the person who says no: to features without evidence, to roadmaps without users, and to launches without measures. You will own a citizen-facing service line from discovery through delivery with a multidisciplinary squad.
Responsibilities
Own the service roadmap and its evidence base; run discovery with real users; prioritise a single backlog across two squads; report outcomes, not output, to the program board.
Requirements
Four or more years in product roles on digital services; demonstrated discovery practice; comfort with government stakeholders and formal governance; strong written communication.
Benefits
Hybrid Sydney, professional membership, flexible hours.
