About the role
The role is half people leadership, half delivery discipline: a nine-person squad of engineers and analysts, a demanding client, and a program long enough that sustainable pace matters more than heroics. You will own how the team works and be accountable for what it ships.
Responsibilities
Lead and grow a squad of nine; own sprint cadence, estimation and delivery reporting; manage the day-to-day client relationship; keep technical debt and pace honest with the engineering leads.
Requirements
Experience leading software delivery teams of five or more; credible technical background; strong client-facing communication; government program experience valued; Baseline clearance or eligibility.
